This fantastic Top of the Range Residencia Awning from Bradcot is in great condition. Having been used over months June to September it does have marks to white trim areas to roof and panels, with some internal marks to roof. Overall in good condition.
The Residencia is constructed with heavy duty Ten-cate canvas, reflective roof to keep the awning cooler on hot days and security blinds on the outside. Complete with heavy duty Prenox (steel) frame.
Perfect for seasonal use.
