This Commodore Coal awning is in excellent condition owed to being used just a few times each year and not left up seasonally. Very minor marks to white trim areas on panels & roof, minor marks from normal use; couple pegging holes in mud skirt (not viewable nor affect use).
A rare opportunity to find an awning in this size. Will come with the benefit of being re-water proofed ready for the the season.
